New Hope For You

First of all,  I want to thank those who have helped capture the late co-founder, Linda White, and my vision of serving the unserved and underserved.  

Linda and I came together because we both had a passion for HELPING others; particularly our youth and the elderly/disabled.

We initially started out delivering hot meals on Saturdays to some of the recipients of the local “Meals on Wheels” program that didn’t have a way to get meals for the weekend.  Because of limited money and our wanting to help more people, we switched gears in 2013 and started our scholarship giveaways.

In this day and time, we are losing so many youths to gun violence, gangs, and drugs. We figured we had to throw a lifeline to those who desired to go to traditional colleges or trade schools, but might not have money for their initial preparations i.e. supplies, dorm room items, etc.

We currently do not have any corporate partners but we’re hoping that one day we will!  However, in the meantime, we depend on YOU for helping US to give back.  85% of the money that is donated goes to scholarships, and our back-to-school backpack, school supplies, and uniform giveaways. The other 15% goes to administrative costs. 

Currently, all of our staff members are unpaid volunteers (which we are ALWAYS looking for especially in the fundraising area).
